REAch2 Academy Trust, the largest primary-only Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the UK, is committed to delivering the highest standards in primary education across over 60 schools. Our goal is to implement a whole-Trust solution for our school and central Trust websites meeting our statutory requirements, our Trust-wide standards, and our accessibility expectations so our stakeholders have access to up-to-date information in an easy to use (an navigable format) that empitomises our Trust Values alongside the uniqueness of each of our schools.about our Trust and Trust schools supporting consistent assessment practices across schools while providing flexibility for unique local needs.
We are exploring innovative solutions to enhance our website provision. We are seeking operational efficiencies and data management, improvement to educational outcomes, and to empower educators with accurate, timely information to inform teaching strategies. This document outlines the functional and technical requirements we believe are needed for our trust-wide website service. Our requirements are structured across six critical areas and prioritised to identify the sort of solution we believe we need. We are keen to hear about your ideas on how to deliver an innovative solution for our requirement.

If you have a solution geared towards schools, especially multi-site ones, then this is the opportunity for you. Requirements include full parent communication and reporting as well as website content. A big focus is on content consistency, ease of editing and the ability to control centrally, share content and, of course, absolute security.
