Back in 2014, as I was finally beginning to establish my own small agency and had adjusted my new business process to the point where I was reliably converting the opportunities I went for, I began to get more and more people – individuals and small teams mainly – asking me where I was finding this work from.
The concept of public tenders was, and still is, completely foreign to many, who tended to rely on their website and word of mouth to bring in new word…which in an ever more competitive marketplace, was far from reliable.
So, I decided to capture my thoughts and approach in a short eBook. It’s formed the basis of my personal and shared efforts ever since, and you’ll find a lot of the ideas within it repeated and expanded upon on this website, but given the book is available completely free, I’d say it’s still worth a read.
