There is plenty of competition, and I suggest you try a few – many, like B2BQuoteTenders, will give you a free trial so you can get a real taste for it before you commit any actual funds.
What I like about B2BQT is that it’s clean and simple, and I’ve found their lists to be fairly complete. Importantly, they don’t spam me with lots and lots of communications trying to up-sell me leads or workshops in tender writing, which my I experienced back when I was reviewing other portals.
